I love teaching and I love health. I especially love seeing my students change their lives in healthy ways as a result of what they learn in class. I'm in my fourth year of teaching and I've taught both 8th and 9th grade health. I've also been coaching the track and cross country teams at my school for as long as I've been teaching. I love coaching just as much as I do teaching.Nearing the completion of my educational technology endorsement, I've really enjoyed integrating technology into my classroom. Communication with my students and their parents has become much more easy. Having my students collaborate with each other and submit assignments using information they research on the internet has been great. Technology has helped me to stay much more organized as a teacher which allows me to be a better teacher for my students. I recommend finding new ways to utilize technology education.
