• Responsible for the financial activities, cash management, budgeting, internal and external reporting and investor relations for multiple domestic oilfield service companies including Viking Drilling, Viking Coil Tubing (sold January 2018), Rock Solid Mudlogging and Horizontal Well Drillers (sold July 2014) • Worked alongside Company Presidents and Corporate Group accounting personnel to produce monthly management reports and trend analysis for internal and external stakeholders• Worked directly with CEO and CFO of Viking Services, a $500 mm annual international oilfield service company, in generating monthly internal management reports, quarterly lender compliance reports, quarterly Board of Directors presentations, annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts for Private Equity shareholders• Provided additional financial analysis, internal audit and presentation assistance to other Corporate Group entities as necessary • Appointed Interim President of Horizontal Well Drillers from February 2014 – July 2014 and assisted in leading the successful sale of membership interests to an external 3rd party
