Helped lead the investor relational and treasury efforts for newly-spun >$4B market-cap Nasdaq listed company. Led the functional, cultural, and strategic build to maturity of both departments. Provided monitoring and analysis activities to company related commodities foreign exchange exposures. Additionally, assisted domestic treasury with analysis and support related to debit administration, internal/external reporting and presentation, and public debt offerings

Assisted with the planning, supervision and execution of the Audit Committee approved IT, financial and operational audit (assurance and advisory) plan. Communicated results to all levels of AutoZone management. Responsible for the management and development of associate auditors.
