Bryn Mawr Hospital, Bryn Mawr, PA- Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades - AHU’s replacements serving ORs, Labor & Delivery, NICU, CCU, ICU and Radiology providing a total 107,000cfm as well as 275-tons of dedicated chilled water. Electrical infrastructure upgrades included a multi-phase project replacing the existing 4160V electrical infrastructure with new 13.2 kV - 480/277 service in a fully functioning hospital. • Chiller Plant Expansion Phase 1 and 2 - Expansion of chiller plant.• Clinical Decision Unit - Renovation of vacant space to fit-out new Clinical Decision Unit.• Cooling Tower Replacement - 4 new 1350-ton cooling towers and chillers.• Pharmacy Relocation - Relocation of the existing pharmacy from the basement of the hospital facility to a new 5,800sf space on the 1st floor of the existing hospital facility, new pharmacy with a clean room and a new 12,000cfm air handling unit to support the space.• Sterile Processing Department and Materials Management Renovations - Renovations of the existing sterile processing department into 5 phases of work and renovations and relocations of the existing materials management departments.• Neuro-Interventional Cath Lab #4 Renovations - Existing office space to create a Neuro-Interventional Cath Lab with a new control room and equipment rooms, relocation of existing soiled holding room and housekeeping closet, and a new pneumatic tube station.• Cath Lab Recovery Area and Office Lounge Renovations - Add 2 recovery bays in the existing recovery area of the Cath lab suite, relocate the office lounge to accommodate renovation.• Hospital Elevator Modernizations - Removal & upgrade of 2 existing elevators, equipment and all related MEP systems located in MOB

Also, an Ancillary & diagnostic service to support the inpatients & outpatients, targeted LEED NC v2.2 Certification. The building is situated on an 84-acre Greenfield site that will be developed to include the new hospital, surface parking & a medical office building.• Virtua Fox Chase Cancer Program Radiation Oncology, Sewell, NJ- New construction 20,000sf, new concrete vault for Linear Accelerator, Simulation Lab & support space. Coordination among the contractors, architect & the physicist. A great deal of time was dedicated to the physicist which was the key to success for the project- Virtua Health Ambulatory Care Center New Wellness Center, Sewell, NJCore & shell and fit-out, 250,000sf, 39-acre Greenfield Site, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Medical Office Building, Radiation Oncology, Rehabilitation Services, Conference Center, Sleep Laboratory, High Risk Pregnancy Center, Immediate Care Center, Radiation Oncology, and Wound Care.
