Responsible for driving the design and future vision of Ralph Lauren footwear. Built strategies, designed collections and defined brand DNA roadmaps to evolve and expand our footwear business in modern ways across POLO, PoloSport, RLX performance outdoor and Purple Label luxury collections. Partnered with internal global marketing, merchandising, sales, apparel and product development counterparts -- as well as built new factory and supplier relationships to extend the brand's reach and capabilities into new markets and categories.

Crafted creative vision and design direction for Reebok's CrossFit and Training footwear business. My design team and I partnered with world-class CrossFit athletes, as well as counterparts in apparel, marketing, brand and development to craft holistic product stories, signature footwear models and brand-driving technologies. Repositioned Reebok's Outdoor footwear strategy with an evolved urban outdoor lens. My team and I crafted a future vision, roadmap, and an updated design DNA toolkit to drive product direction and reinvigorate a stale outdoor offering.Selected for adidas Group 'Fit 2 Lead' -- a global management development program designed for leaders within the organization. Partnered with cross-functional adidas Group teams around the world to develop leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Drove forward-thinking footwear designs, product collections and brand strategies for Reebok Classics and Basketball footwear businesses in concert with senior product, brand and marketing leadership. Directed and mentored 15-person footwear Classics design team to create brand-driving seasonal footwear collections, trend capsules, collaborations and stories. Established creative vision, marketing messaging and design roadmaps to reconnect with Reebok's long and rich origins in bold and modern ways. Partnered with top NBA and HS athletes, key artist and celebrity assets, as well as big box and boutique retailers. Responsible for overall product design direction, including biannual footwear collections of over 1200 SKUs across multiple distribution channels.

Co-led product design team, inspiring and informing design direction alongside internal brand strategy, consumer understanding and engineering teams to craft unique product experiences in a globally-renowned innovation and design firm.Managed internal teams and client relationships ranging from local start-ups to Fortune 100 companies including PepsiCo, Timberland, American Express, New Balance and Samsonite. Built proposals, project calendars, design themes, resource allocations, as well as recruiting and hiring plans.

Directed and mentored a team of footwear designers, partnering with apparel, development and product marketing teams to define collection themes, refine brand strategies, and deliver key presentations to senior Reebok leadership.
