In this position I was charged with enabling the growth of this critical business line from $3B to $5B in 5 years. Technology was central to this business imperative, my newly built team leaned into this opportunity through the development of modern capabilities that enabled digital distribution across 15 key countries.• Launched and built AIG’s first Global Accident and Health IT organization to align to AIG’s growth priorities and goals for the highly profitable Accident and Health division.• Led the creation of a target state global solution architecture to enable the Global Accident and Health business growth plan ($3B USD to $5B USD over 5 years)• Developed best practices for Program Management, Risk Management, and Internal Communications in support of a complex global portfolio of investments.• Launched Duck Creek on Demand, a cloud native SaaS policy administration system, to the Japan market in 5 months. This was the fastest launch ever for Duck Creek and was a key enabler for growth and product innovation. • Launched a Global API platform that enabled a productized API suite, developer community, and CRM integration to drive digital partner distribution across the globe.

In this position I was accountable for all technology solutions, delivery, and strategy within AIG's Global Property and Specialty Lines (Energy, Marine, Aerospace, Trade Credit, Surety, Political Risk) as well as Lexington Insurance.• Restructured the IT organization from the top-down, addressed gaps in skills, identified and promoted talent from within, and was the first AIG CIO to consistently leverage the SAFe Agile Framework.• Reduced run costs for Global Property Technology by 60% with no disruption to the business through the design of a modernized execution and delivery model along with the modernization of legacy applications leveraging cloud• Migrated critical applications to leverage AIG’s DevOps framework and CI/CD pipelines with measurable improvements to release frequency, code quality and speed to market.ations.• Modernized the CAT Modeling architecture and enabled significant cost reductions• Developed multi-year roadmaps to modernize under-invested lines of business• Initiated the strategic investment to modernize the Trade Credit Global platform using a modern SaaS based solution

• Owned and accountable for the highest traffic web channels in the firm• Managed all development, business analysis, financials, and cross-functional relationships in support of TIAA’s Digital Servicing needs for internal and external users.• Delivered multi-year programs that supported internal and external users of TIAA’s web and mobile platforms. Span of control was approximately 300 people (50 FTEs and 250 Consultants) and delivered $60MM of software each year with new releases every month.• Oversaw a complex portfolio of web and mobile programs that supported TIAA clients (including high net worth), financial advisors, and call centers. Lines of business supported by the team include Pension, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Banking, Trust, IRA, and Life Insurance.• Collaborated with leaders across the enterprise: Marketing, Digital Strategy, Call Center, Field Consulting, Retail Product Distribution, Wealth Management, Institutional Business, Asset Management, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Creative Services.
