Data Manager

Would consider 3/4 days a week part time work..

I work within a team of 3 analysts that specialize in different areas of the business with my area being Field Operation Performance for which I spend a lot of time working closely with the company Field Operations Director as well as our Regional Managers and Technical Service Managers to provide support and recommendations through stats and data in any way they require. My main duties include the creation & automation of reporting tools using either Excel or SSRS and SQL to extract data from our data tables to enable the Service Managers / Regional Managers / Directors to make key operational business decisions based on KPI’s set out in the reporting suites and also to provide a view of individual performance across the board for use with personnel management and planning, below are some areas of my role:• Board Pack Reporting (Monthly to the Exec)• Trading Pack Reporting (Weekly)• Creating and defining reporting for the business from development and production to output• Daily prioritization meetings • Scorecards Creation & Automation• Capacity & Resource Planning• Integration of reporting between HES and HomeServe following Acquisition• New System Improvements & Change handling• UAT testing to assist implementation of new systems• Acting as a business partner to key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met• Sales & Churn Reporting for Customer base levels

Virgin Money Credit Services Department

I work in small team of analysts responsible for the creation and output of Management information as well as dealing with daily ad-hoc data requests and analysis from across the business.My main duties are based around providing high level data views, reports and oversight to the Operations Managers to provide the relevant data to enable them to make key business decisions.The majority of my work is completed using SQL Server as well as Excel and Access.

I was employed by Bourne Leisure in various roles from a bars team member serving customers to full overall management and oversight of various bars and a retail shop.Within this role I had approximately 30 direct reports and 6 supervisors reporting into myself.
