Taught part-time within the School of Science, Engineering and Technology for Durham College.

- Assisted the Field Unit Asset Manager in the management, development and delivery of an overall asset condition assessment program. This included developing a database, conducting field work to gather information and comparing as built drawings to as-found construction- Developed overall asset condition reports from the perspectives of Health and Safety, Level of Service, Risk to Asset and Investment Urgency. These assets included buildings, bridges, roads and waste water systems. - Created AutoCAD floor plans and elevation drawings for Parks Assets reflecting structural changes, deteriorations to the asset and proposed construction plans. - Heavily involved with the Parks Canada code compliance management of built assets in the Southern Ontario and Georgian Bay field units.

- Helped coordinate the construction of a medium-to-heavy-lift helicopter ramp and runway, the installation of storm sewer lines, sanitary sewer lines, electrical conduit and pre-cast culverts.- Dealt with contractor on a daily basis in regards to specifications, progression, future plans, RFI's, additional work and scheduling conflicts.- Reported to supervisor regarding daily site activities through discussion and detailed journal entries.
