I am the Chief People Officer at M&G plc, a global leader in savings and investments with more than 5 million retail customers and over 800 institutional clients across 28 markets worldwide.We cater to a wide range of clients, from individual investors to institutional clients like pension funds and insurers, as well as professional investors, financial advisors, and paraplanners. Our mission has always been to democratise wealth, making our products accessible to as many people as possible. As a responsible business, we recognise the importance of proactive engagement across a range of different stakeholders and the value of partnerships with Governments, regulators, shareholders, trade associations and Non-Governmental Organisations. Throughout my career, I've thrived in environments that demand significant change and transformation, often stepping in when a turnaround or reset is needed. This journey has taken me through various roles in consulting, HR, and leading global operational teams, providing me with a wealth of diverse experiences.Before joining M&G, I was previously Managing Director for the Later Life Planning and Legal Services at the Co-op and, prior to that, the Managing Director for Barclays Secured Lending and the COO for the Retail Bank’s Global HR Operations. Earlier in my career I worked with a variety of FTSE Financial Services organisations working on transformation, change and integration with Accenture. My expertise lies in integrating acquisitions, restructuring global organisations, and driving change in complex settings. I'm passionate about empowering leaders and businesses to develop and execute strategies effectively, focusing on fostering the right environment for success.Culture, inclusion, and people are at the heart of what I do.
