Portfolio included; the training estate, fleet of 15 boats/work vessels, high-pressure air systems, re-compression chambers, training tanks/pools, specialist dive gases and 200 sets of diving breathing apparatus• As Safety, Health, Environment and Fire (SHEF) Officer, chair the organisation’s SHEF committee, conduct audits and direct remedial actions to ensure safe delivery of diver training and compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards and practices.• Selected to lead a specialist overseas training team, co-ordinating with military diving instructors to plan and deliver a capability development package to an African international partner.
