For Panera Bread and their affiliates, I handle real estate portfolio management for the Central and Western regions of the United States for corporately owned and operated territories. My markets include Dallas, Chicago, Nashville, Detroit, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Louisville-Lexington, Omaha, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, the Bay Area and the greater Los Angeles area. My responsibilities cover all real estate aspects related to the existing portfolio, including renewals, extensions, modifications, relocations, expansions, terminations and closures.

As minority owners of Knowledge Universe, Greenstreet Real Estate managed all real estate functions for the nation's largest provider of for-profit early childhood education centers. During my tenure at Greenstreet, I was responsible for the management of a 1,600-unit portfolio of childcare assets, of which approximately 50% were owned by a Greenstreet-controlled entity.
