CurrentKey ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the post are:*To manage and oversee all operational core elements across Foundation Delivery departments.*Assist the Chief Executive in maintaining existing, and building new, partnerships for the furtherance of the Foundation’s objectives.*To manage, mentor and support staff within the Foundation,*Ensure that the strategy and objectives of the Foundation are implemented and executed.*Provide support to Foundation CEO on all areas of Safeguarding and Health & Safety.*Lead on Health & Safety compliance including liaison with Club and statutory bodies to ensure we meet all required standards. *Oversee all Foundation projects and programmes across all departments including School Partnerships, Community Engagement, Female Development and other associated programmes, ensuring all aspects of the programmes are running efficiently, are cost effective and are meeting the needs of the Community and our Partners.
