• Served as second-in-command of Headquarters & Service Company, 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion; responsible for coordination of staff planning, operations, and logistics• Coordinated planning efforts for Mobility Exercise and Combat Operations Center standup, and Battalion Support Area operations for the first time in over two years

• Evaluated joint ventures for a pharmacy retailer as part of Post-Merger Integration; applying insights derived from quantitative research & translating them into high-impact practical initiatives at the store level• Developed expedited schedule for IT integration and HR transition during a large vendor transition to enable successful Day 1 operations at thousands of affected stores

• Led teams of 18 Drill Instructors and one Marine Officer in training civilian recruits into Marines while maintaining accountability for $1.2 Million in assets, & teaching classes of up to 420 Marines on 15 subject areas• Restructured processes to maximize training efficiency, produced highest average marksmanship and physical fitness scores out of 12 companies, and improved recruit academic performance from the Bottom 20% to the Top 15% of all units• Mentored over 40 drill instructors and 8 officers, 32 of whom were promoted to positions of greater responsibility• Analyzed injury risk to identify major contributing factors and implemented action plans; achieved record 75% reduction in over-training injuries• Conducted investigations and formulated correspondence for Congressional Inquiries to address ethics concerns, reducing turnaround by 80%

• Managed near-term operational plans for 2,500 Marine organization spread across six different countries while serving in a position typically filled by a much more senior officer• Developed innovative and efficient tracking and reporting procedures, assisted in the daily synchronization of efforts by 52 staff members, subordinate commands, and supporting agencies. • Conducted coordination with multiple higher headquarters, adjacent and supporting agencies across different services as well as coordinated efforts with the Iraqi Army and US allies in the region.• Served as Assistant Operational Planning Team Leader for over 16 operations in with subordinate, higher, & adjacent organizations in the region. Collaborated to develop innovative solutions to tactical and logistical dilemmas to accomplish multiple mission sets across the Middle East.• Supported missions in a collateral duty as the Senior Watch Officer of the SPMAGTF Crisis Response Operations Center. Managed the watch floor, compiled situation reports, provided current operatons updates to the Commander. Conducted immediate coordination with higher and adjacent agencies and as well as subordinate units across six different countries to ensure rapid response and mission success.• Hand-picked to serve as Watch Officer for the first 300 Marine task force to return to Iraq to advise the Iraqi Army, managing the Combat Operation Center and planning operations against ISIS

• Collaborated with commanders to develop mid to long range training plans for 300 Marines, increasing company readiness by 20%• Developed new reporting products that were disseminated to all junior officers in the Marine Corps' largest battalion, comprising over 2000 Marines.• Collaborated with senior leaders to optimize operational standards and risk management procedures for future deployments

• Led a reinforced team of 55 Marines with double the usual assets, 26 vehicles and $72.5 Million in equipment, over a 2 year period while maintaining a 90%+ readiness rating well in excess of the unit average of 75%• Supported humanitarian operations with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in the Republic of the Philippines, arriving in theater and coordinating a concerted effort to increase mechanical readiness over 50% within 72 hours while planning and executing logistically complex embarkation operations.• Conducted over three high-visibility division exercises and planned, coordinated, and safely conducted over 22 operations on two different countries, including high risk live-fire and maneuver training and amphibious operations while ensuring zero mishaps and building highly proficient teams and leaders.• Advised senior commanders and staff officers as well as US military partners from Canada, New Zealand, and Japan as a subject matter expert on mechanized and amphibious warfare operations. • Conducted eight independent platoon operations in Camp Fuji, Japan for over three months, 850mi from higher headquarters, markedly improving maintenance processes and reporting, improving unit proficiency in austere conditions, and conducting all planning, coordination to ensure all administrative and logistical necessities for mission success.
