In this position with Hult, I managed a team of 10 to 12 enrollment advisors who reached out to potential applicants for Hult’s one-year post-graduate degrees in business. I hired and trained all new employees on the details of Hult’s programs and on best practices for student recruitment and conversion. I was also responsible for developing strategies to improve student recruitment, retention, and lead generation. I was also responsible for the department's budget.

As the Student Advisor for the History of Art Department I coordinated admissions and served on the admissions committee for the department's Ph.D. program. I also advised undergraduate and graduate students on academic progress, financial standing, and career placement. I was also responsible for managing the department's student funding budget. This position also required close coordination with university offices to ensure student and departmental compliance.

In this position I advised students and faculty to ensure academic goals were met. I was responsible for scheduling classes, I coordinated course materials and managed academic technologies and databases, i.e. course management systems, in-class technological initiatives, etc. I also recorded and distributed grades, processed grade changes, enrollment verification requests and transcript requests. I also served on the admissions committee for all master’s programs at the San Francisco campus

In this position, I reviewed files for admission to the school's one-year master's programs. I conducted formal admission interviews with applicants, conducted tours and information sessions for prospective students, and served on the admissions committee for the Boston and San Francisco campuses

In this position, I wrote and edited the items for the Community News section of this daily paper that served Boston's North Shore. Items included community interest articles, obituaries, birth announcements, and other items submitted by the readers. I also served as main point of contact for all reader feedback.
