Oversee all operations of ISI® Elite Training’s 5 corporate locations across 5 cities and 2 states. Ensure all facilities increase in profitability and sustainable healthy culture as well as the increasing of morale for all 50+ employees both full time and part time.

Oversee all coaching operations of an emerging boutique fitness brand.Recruit and hire new and energetic coaches for various facilities.Create training platforms for Franchisees to use and learn from.Ensure all coaches are onboarded properly within all locations. Track and record profitability and churn rate based on member utilization.

Oversee all operations within the Southern Region of ISI Elite Training. Responsible for creating leads and converting them into EFTs. Managing all intro offers and converting them into full time EFTs. Hiring and releasing all of staff. Creating a set schedule for the entire staff as well as tracking all days off. Additional duties also include but are not limited to:Managing community outreach as well as internal events and workshops.Training all staff members.Promotion of all company events and the services we offer.Managing social media via personal videos, pictures, etc.Managing staff social media.

Leader of the largest ISI Elite Training location. Responsible for creating and implementing workouts for individuals, as well as small and larger groups. Also responsible for hiring and releasing any and all staff members within the facility. Additional duties included but not limited to: - Managing client accounts.- Scheduling all staff members.- Converting all leads.- Communication with all staff and all members.- Delegating responsibilities and leading other staff members.- Designing and implementing internship programs.

Design and implement daily activities for children ages 6-14. Manage and take care of children throughout the summer. Keep rosters of children and promote via social media.
