I am a musician, songwriter and producer with a desire to help others improve their skill and inspire their talent... my mission is to prepare the stage.From 1993 to 2008, I was on staff at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Tacoma, WA as a minister of music and worship. I have rejoined the staff at OSLC as the Technical Arts Minister after a hiatus to pursue the Christian Musician Summit full-time.From 2003 to present, I have been the Director of the Christian Musician Summit conferences. Conferences for Christian musicians that provide practical training for creative people who desire to improve skill and inspire talent.Since 2011, I have been the layout and production manager for the Adolph Agency, Inc. I design Worship Musician and Collectible Guitar magazines.I have produced music since age 13.
