I have a broad array of oversight, but I’m primarily focused on building and running our E-commerce platform, management of our IT department, developing/maintaining our intranet, data integrity, reporting, and initiating and enforcing more efficient processes across all areas of the company.

Led small teams of engineers to develop and design industry leading electro-mechanical retail security products. Specifically, we looked to push the envelope of the industry by using new materials and manufacturing methods to provide multiple security levels to the end customer. Of course, the innovation also helped to deliver the product to market as quickly as reasonable and at the most affordable price.

Color cartridge mechanical team lead: guide small team (~15 engineers) through all phases of design from concept to production. Similar in scope to mono team lead position held previously, but this group is quite a bit larger and thus the work for each person is more specialized so communication and organization become more important in this role.
