Direct and manage marketing and media initiatives for top-tier, multiple-entry NASCAR Camping World Truck Series team. Day-to-day point of contact for Monster Energy’s sponsorship of Ricky Carmichael’s NASCAR Truck and Nationwide Series programs. Manage at-track and in-market sponsorship deliverables including driver appearances, ticket purchase and distribution, retail partner pass-through program and guest hosting. Develop sales and presentation materials. Mine leads and identify key prospects for new business to generate additional revenue streams.

Primary point of contact for multiple RCR partners including, but not limited to American Eurocopter, BB&T, DIRECTV, Freightliner, Jack Daniel’s, LENOX Industrial Tools and Rheem. Work cooperatively with sponsors to define and meet partnership objectives. Manage fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables including branding initiatives, team owner and driver appearances, at-track execution and team facilities usage for championship-caliber NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race team. Manage creative and design process of paint schemes and team apparel from initial renderings to final approvals.

Manage communications and day-to-day account activities for RCR’s No. 07 NASCAR Sprint Cup and No. 2 NASCAR Nationwide Series team with driver Clint Bowyer. Work cooperatively with key corporate partners of the team’s sponsors and their agencies of record to advance and facilitate public relations initiatives. Handle all aspects of media relations including writing all press material, scheduling and managing press conferences, pitching storylines to media, scheduling and facilitating driver and team interviews, creating and managing website content, maintaining team photography library, producing press kits and autograph cards, manage driver appearances at sponsor-driven events, meet and greets and hospitality functions.

Prospected new business and sustained client roster. Generated in excess of $600,000 in sales revenues from new business and client renewals. Managed, maintained and prospected group ticket sales. Developed, implemented and executed corporate hospitality. Directed public relations program during The Milwaukee Mile's 100th anniversary season. Managed infield media center, media days, press conferences and special events for the world's oldest continuously operating motor speedway. Produced, updated and maintained collateral sales and press materials, including group sales and corporate hospitality contracts, proposals and sales literature. Created event previews and post-race reports. Managed creative and produced marketing and editorial content for event programs and Web site. Supervised eight-person staff of volunteers and interns. Developed, implemented and managed all media and community outreach opportunities.

Full-time Media and Client Services Representative for NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series drivers Ted Musgrave, Jason Leffler and Scott Riggs. Additional duties in Musgrave and Leffler’s limited NASCAR Winston Cup schedules. Produced, updated and maintained all press materials, including event previews and post-race reports. Created, scheduled and implemented all media and community outreach opportunities for two-truck, NCTS championship caliber teams.
