I managed a portfolio of roughly $100 Million of commercial property debt and REO assets across the Southeastern United States. I worked with borrowers to structure modifications, refinances, and a few discounted payoffs. Assets range from golf courses to self storage to raw land to mobile homes to unanchored retail to apartments and pretty much anything else you can finance. Through the process I learned about the foreclosure process in multiple states as well as the intricacies of the US Bankruptcy system.
