Global responsibility for several accounts generating in total over $100MM in annual revenues.

• Manage regional and national accounts with a total annual revenue of approximately $65-70MM.• Represent all facets of Wilson’s business by effectively communicating our value proposition, service models, and operational capabilities through the management of our supply chain, as well as that of the customer.• Identify, develop relationships with, and conduct regular meetings with key customer stakeholders to explore business opportunities, review KPIs, and update on new technology, market trends, and Wilson capabilities.• Identify opportunities for growth, and develop and execute strategies to engage Wilson in said opportunities.• Monitor and manage all aspects of each assigned account: revenue, margin, DSO, annual plan, etc.

• Fully integrated myself into the Supply Chain Management, engineering, and operations groups in Houston.• Facilitated, monitored, and improved relationships between Major customer and Wilson branch personnel. • Managed Wilson’s response to capital projects and facility upgrades.• Created and maintained corporate-wide KPI reports specific to customer; such as spend reports, cost savings capture and analysis reports, scorecards (for multiple business units), as well as the Project Tracking Tool, which was nominated by customer as ‘Best in Class’, and many more as requested.

• Worked closely within Wilson to implement Energy Sales initiatives, incentives, and business plans.• Analyzed and reported information on multitude of customers at various levels, including a working knowledge of customer spend, mergers, business plans, press releases, etc.• Trained Energy Sales Team, all management trainees, other Wilson employees, and customer representatives on the use of all available Wilson reporting tools.

• Developed and maintained branch foundation (including identification of new facilities, hiring and training of personnel, implementing procedures to support customer base, etc.) in several new branches in the Rockies.• Worked closely with Regional, District, and Branch Salesmen to grow and maintain customer base.
