The Integration Solutions team is responsible for implementing and enabling integrations with property managers and property management software companies. The Engagement Management team works directly with partners and customers to successfully manage integration projects from initiation to completion. By enabling aggressive listing growth targets over the past couple of years, our platform now provides connectivity for over 550k listings across our integration customers (IPMs), partners (PMSCs), and off-platform brands. In 2015, the HomeAway Engagement Management team integrated >80,000 properties, 350,000 reviews from Property Management companies and 1400 integration projects. * The Engagement Management team functions internationally and primarily covers EU, NA and APAC regions. My primary focus for the past 3 years has been working directly on our off-platform brands in the APAC region including Bookabach, Travelmob, Stayz and YesBookIt.* Work with the Sales Engineering and Channel Management teams to coordinate integration engagements, opportunities, and capacity.* Develop, document, outline, and improve upon the engagement process to provide our customers and partners with a smooth, focused, concise implementation experience.* Validation and testing of customer and partner xml across multiple integration types, including e-commerce transactions, traveler reviews, inquiry services, and listing data for HomeAway's growing marketplace.* Configuration and scheduling of integrations between HomeAway and Property Managers utilizing Talend middleware.* Clearly communicate and record the status of all integration projects throughout the full engagement cycle (project kickoff thru post launch support)* Work closely with Integration Engineers and Integration Tier 2 Support to identify technical issues, process improvements, and lobby for technical enhancements that will help leverage our integration services to better serve our customers and partners.

Manage 20 high-touch (SaaS) projects on a recurring basis with a strong focus on client relationships. Guide clients through the entire implementation process from kickoff to post go live support. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to help identify data requirements and business rules. Define implementation timelines and ensure milestones are achieved on time. Configure and implement applications which include a Content Management System (CMS) and a Database Management System (DBMS).

Developed automation tools such as an in-house Extract, Transform, and Load utility (ETL). Converted over 150 legacy databases to propriety DBMS. Assisted with defining the BA role in Affiniscape’s SSO service and Exact Target email solution. Managed DNS modifications, email hosting, email client configuration, and domain transfers. Developed industry based specification plans and templates.
