I am a driven Customer and Product manager that has spent the majority of my career, either providing solutions that customers want, solving problems that customers have or supporting customers through their product journey. At MDT Software, I helped customers adopt and implement the product across multiple levels and sites in their organization, including Ford, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, BHP Billiton, Chevron and more. In addition, I helped shape our product to meet our customer needs leading the development of new innovations and technologies.As the Director of Product at Copia Automation, I was able to provide strategic direction and vision for developing the next generation of DevOps-based solutions for the industrial automation and OT industry. This resulted in Product-Market fit, top tier revenue growth and adoption by Amazon, Disney, Rivian, and more than a hundred others. Now in my current role as the Director of Product Success, my goal is to contribute to our Customer Success process to enable, empower and educate our users in achieving their goals with Copia. This includes leading our onboarding, training, implementation and expansion initiatives.
