I set up equipment for professors and ensure that every piece of media works to each professor's liking and preference. I was responsible for providing both audio and video recordings of classes for the students approved by their professors. I also helped take part in the hiring and interview processes for new hires.

Working closely with the human resources director, I wrote clear and succinct job descriptions for recruiting purposes. I became very familiar with the E-Verify program by verifying employment statuses for new hires. Additionally, I helped the director of training with writing and presenting training modules to new hires. Also, I injected life and clarity by restructuring the company's MSDS filing system.

I assisted legislative aides and correspondents with research projects and other tasks. Additionally, I met the needs of the senator's constituents by leading them on tours of the US Capitol, answering their phone calls, emails, and hard-copy mail.
