I lead the St. John Properties Leasing, Marketing and Interior Design teams responsible for over 16 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout Maryland. Additional responsibilities include new business development, maintaining client relationships with over 1,800 existing tenants and training our future regional partners. SJP has developed many of the Baltimore region's premier mixed use communities. I currently serve as Vice Chairman for Unified Community Connections which is a non-profit organization providing support services for the disabled throughout Maryland. Active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, The Association of the US Army, Chesapeake Gateway Chamber of Commerce, Hunt Valley Business Forum and the Howard County Chamber of Commerce. Previous board member of the Army Alliance and former Trustee for the Baltimore Museum of Industry.Established in 1971 by Edward St. John, St. John Properties has evolved from a local real estate developer into one of the largest privately held commercial real estate firms in the country.
