Created a monthly, multi-division forecast model rolling up to full annual P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement projections. Collaborated with Finance, Operations, and Sales to institute a standard budget and forecast process. Part of SMS team responsible for assembling due diligence packages for outside investors, which resulted in two separate investments in SMS Assist with the second yielding $150MM from Goldman Sachs on a $1B valuation. Introduced client profitability reporting by layering indirect costs onto specific accounts through a time allocation study allowing for analysis of true client profitability Led the analytics effort on the largest client in the company. Constructed monthly business reviews and worked with the head of the division to ensure the team met the client’s strict financial budget.
