I currently serve as a strength and conditioning intern at Winthrop University working with various Division 1 teams in multiple sports. I spend time coaching and teaching athletes movements on their program developed my collegiate level strength and conditioning coaches. I am responsible for making sure athletes are tended to and taught the proper technique and skills for their workout program. I assist with making sure the facility is kept organized for teams to thrive in the gym environment.
