Matt is a 23+ year paramedic with varied clinical experiences across many unique arenas. He has applied the lessons and principles mastered in high-pressure clinical situations, to his work as an executive in the corporate world. The service-line expanded to include facilitated longitudinal services including clinical intakes, outreach visits, transition of care visits, and facilitated primary care visits. Scaled the core operating team to achieve efficient and impactful operations, including a multi-million dollar net impact on total cost of care. The program achieved a stunning 52% reduction in hospital admissions for engaged patients and delivered a 90+NPS. Served as program manager, implementation and innovation director, and head of the vertical.
