Matt is a 23+ year paramedic with varied clinical experiences across many unique arenas. He has applied the lessons and principles mastered in high-pressure clinical situations, to his work as an executive in the corporate world. His skills are centered around leadership, teamwork, strategy, and execution. He is a proven leader of large and small teams both in person and virtually, uniquely positioned as both an expert clinician, as well as a successful operator with demonstrable experience leading successful business outcomes. Matt has substantial experience with startups in various stages, and success building and implementing MIH/tele-health programs for urgent, primary, and specialty care. This includes designing, building, scaling, and refining programs across 15 states with both private, medicare, and medicaid payors. These programs all demonstrated multi-million dollar net total cost of care impacts and incredible reductions of inpatient admissions. This work included inbound call centers, virtual urgent care, and facilitated primary care/acute care through mobile integrated care mechanisms. Highly-driven with a growth mindset, Matt seeks to continue to challenge himself and expand upon his unique set of skills.
