Responsible for the IT strategy and leadership for all of CarMax’s technology infrastructure and operations. • Lead Data Center Operations, Enterprise Computing Environments, Networking, Communications, User Support and IT Operations. • Manage a technology portfolio of short, mid and long term needs, while continuing to grow our capabilities through talent management and capital investment. • Provide strategic lT leadership across multiple business functions. • Partner with senior clients and his/her Infrastructure and Operations leadership teams to create robust IT Roadmaps. Ensure these Roadmaps are well understood throughout the client functions and serve as dynamic tool to manage emerging requirements and projects. • Foster a strong customer service mind-set throughout the IT team, while championing thought leadership and innovation as business partners. • Partner with IT senior colleagues to ensure reliable, efficient daily operating capabilities. • Collaborate with senior IT colleagues to ensure all Roadmaps/ Infrastructure projects are managed as an Enterprise portfolio and integrated with IT Architecture and IT Operations. • Search out and bring innovative, external best practice ideas to all areas of IT. • Support and ensure Infrastructure and Operations initiatives are well managed and deliver on expectations - functionality, timeliness, and cost. • Partner with senior IT Infrastructure and Operations colleagues to provide strong project management and governance processes for the overall project portfolio, with particular focus on those projects supporting his/her respective client organizations.

Lead and manage Capital One's data centers to include Open Systems Platforms, Data Center Consolidation, Raised Floor Space Operations and Mechanical/Electrical Plant (MEP) Operations

Responsible for the agile delivery and support of all infrastructure capabilities in support of Digital platforms and internal Shared Services and Corporate Functions.
