Responsible for the initial (Stage 3) onboarding of all new portfolios.Creating and submitting bulk transactions for non-modelled portfolios.Organise and undertake the periodic re-balancing of the modelled portfolios and bulk fund changes.

• Production Monthly close: Ensure that all plant close processes are completed, provide variance analysis, present monthly plant results to relevant stakeholders.• Indirect Plant Costs/overheads: Posting of accruals & prepayments to ensure costs are an accurate reflection of the period, present at monthly finance review meeting IPC and Overhead costs.• Reporting: Update and send out RM & open purchase order report for engineering managers, develop and maintain manufacturing reports in Analysis for Office.• Standard Cost Updates: Assist with energy forecast, run actual costing monthly after production close.

• Sales ledger: Calculating monthly recurring revenue, generating and processing all recurring invoices on a monthly basis. Maintaining detailed spreadsheets for variable invoicing – revenue share, trial machines. Sales ledger and invoice processing. Sales analysis.• Assisting the Finance Manager with NGUK accounting including P&L, fixed assets, cash, accruals and prepayments• Assisting with the NGUK finance team with all aspects of financial reporting to Group Finance: Weekly cash forecasting, Quarterly VAT returns, Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting & Annual budget.• Assisting with the statutory audit process and liaising with auditors.
