• Promoted from head office in March 2013 as Duty Manager for the highest volume site in Europe• Managed a number of new initiatives since joining London Heathrow• Successfully implemented new sales and service wheel to the location with success in driving the RPD of the location from 7 Euros to 12 euros in one year generating an extra 1 million in profit through 2013 • Designed and implemented a toolkit for all existing/new staff to use which helped as a ‘Rental Bible’ to guide Rental Sales agents in being professionals in their field while bringing in extra revenue for the business.• Managed resistance to change on location now being the most senior manager on site. Implemented cultural changes on location to achieve the above success.• Analyse business performance and develop strategies to drive performance • Manage all RSA based staff at our Main location – creating plans for all 39 FTE to drive location performance through 2013/14 in line with the company strategy• Full operational control of the main base – circa 65% volume of LHR• Improved Customer Satisfaction from -45.0% to 30% NPS in one year alongside designing a weekly observations plan which tackles Service and Sales on an individual basis to ensure the Entire Management/Lead RSA team is aligned.
