Since 2019, I have served as an Senior Vice President - Residential and Consumer Operations Manager with Northwest Community Bank – a Connecticut state-chartered bank with $1.04 billion in assets, 170+ employees & 14 banking locations in CT.In my current role, I oversee mortgage operations, residential and consumer loan origination, loan servicing, third party origination, and secondary marketing activities. In 2021 we managed to sell $30 million of mortgage assets to the Secondary Market, along with originating and adding to our portfolio the tune of $130 million. In 2022, we increased our efficiencies by onboarding a new POS along with hybrid e-closing. We originated, processed, and purchased $210 million in volume in 2022.Northwest Community Bank originates conforming, non-conforming, agency, and state specific mortgage products. Under my direction, year over year, we have doubled our origination volume and are on track to close over $200 million.
