With a background in Criminal Justice, Matt Mickelson has spent the majority of his professional working life working with non-profit and small businesses as a consultant or as a board member during times of large scale organizational transition and the COVID-19 pandemic. He has helped lead multiple organizations through their strategic re-organization, ensuring legal compliance, auditing financials, and streamlining processes.He is currently working full time as the office administrator and compliance officer for a ultra-luxury business, running three startup businesses and in the process of applying for a joint MBA/JD program at the U of C.
