Columbia Farms actively promoted the export of chickens and chicken parts to customers around the world through its company-created export arm, Agri Trade International. Products shipped overseas included dark meat, viscera, and 250,000 pounds of chicken paws each month. I was responsible for the sale of all Columbia Farms poultry products to Asia. Modified and adapted plant production lines for export requirements. Purchased and sold frozen poultry, pork, turkey, and French fries from other producers in United States, Canada, Central and South America to all markets in Asia with concentration in Hong Kong and China.
