Building Intelligence And Integration Senior Advisor
CurrentI am currently leading our Building Intelligence and Integration team at IMEG. Our team focuses on Smart Building designs that achieve business outcomes through our customer's built environment. We begin with needs assessments, current systems/conditions assessments and business goals analysis. After that we provide clients with a report of our finding and recommendations based on industry standards and trends. We offer proof of concept services where we can mock up a technological solution in our IMEG Labs environment. We also offer on-site mock up services to validate proposed solutions in a client's environment. After a solution has been proven we will provide design documentation including specs, drawings and even RFP's. We can assist clients in selecting a vendor that can provide that engineered solution and ensure that they align with the client's vision and budget. We can also provide construction/ project oversight and commissioning to ensure that the solution is delivered as designed.
