PubliCard was launched as an innovative and user friendly program of discounts, offers and deals that guarantees the maximum benefits for both our partners and customers. The company was sold to a major marketing firm in Montreal in 2016.A few key achievements of this engagement include:- Created the concept of PubliCard, a discount card that provides the holder with deals or discounts at several retailers, one deal or discount with every retailer, offers valid for one year starting from the first usage of the card.- Developed a unique cloud base CMS and mobile application with the IT team to manage and control the online platform.- Managed and operated the company. - Successfully negotiated and closed the deal of selling PubliCard, and supervised the handover process.

In 2008 MEPEC merged with T-Technologies. A few key achievements of this engagement include:-Develop and maintain the perfect relation with key clients and open new channels and leads, from both private and public sectors. -Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives.Prepare the contracts bidding, and supervising the legal, technical and financial envelopes for the official offers.-Complete research to adjust sales and marketing strategy. Analyze the market's needs and the competitors' behaviour and tactics to ensure the company's maximum success.-The company with its partners has signed and implemented more than 45 projects with an approximate total profit of 320 Million Euros.MEPEC and T-Technologies work with international companies to win projects and sign contracts in the Syrian market for both governmental and private sectors through joint ventures, consortium agreements and representing agreements in the fields of power generation & transmission, industrial sector (e.g. Cement, Glass, Metal), Oil & Gas industry.Our main partners were: Siemens, Ingeteam, Getra, Arteche, Benning, Zigor, Lifaza, Hexing, Ulusoy.
