My role at The Walt Disney Company is primarily supporting the Global Retail Technology systems. These include IBMi based merchandising systems along with Windows and Linux based supporting systems. I manage a team of off-shore resource to handle day to day support activities on the IBMi, providing guidance and direction. I lead the team that supports the infrastructure estate at CoralTree Systems. This position reports directly to the company board of directors.
