I dedicate my experience, talent, and values to help my institution thrive.After nearly a decade of higher education leadership experience, I have had the pleasure of serving at all levels within the university: faculty member, department head, associate dean, and now vice provost. In all these areas I have initiated positive change, led critical projects, and delivered on institutional goals - from student success to faculty success. Throughout it all, I have cultivated a reputation as a rational and compassionate leader, one who realizes that the decisions we will have profound effects on our students, our employees, and our future.
