Responsible for the bank's overall lending function by helping manage loan growth, maintain sound underwriting practices, and good credit quality for Community Bank, Ellisville. Lead weekly and monthly loan committees, serve on industry specific loan committee for the holding company, work directly with lenders on underwriting complex credits, member of the Credit Administration Committee to set loan policies for the system, drive credit metrics with daily focus on underperforming relationships and bank-owned assets, assist with bank examinations, and maintain a loan portfolio in excess of $40mm.
