My role oversaw all aspects of user experience design to develop and optimize digital products that put the best books in the hands of our readers. I collaborate with smart, engaged partners to create simple solutions for complex problems through research, prototyping, testing and clear, user-focused design.

I was in charge of the product design for two of our vertical marketing and retail sites that connected books with readers through specific genres. I worked closely with business owners and product managers to Identify , create and optimize opportunities that built strong ties with our customers and their needs.

I created my own agency to offer branding services for small companies who couldn’t otherwise afford an agency or consulting firm. While I used my business and design skills to support the early work, I slowly transitioned into web design as an additional service.
