• Provide business and technical guidance in Physician and Patient Engagement, Referral Management, Transitions of Care and other strategic initiatives across the country.• Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide software and servicesincluding Clinical Data Repository and Community Master Patient Index.• Design and deploy comprehensive Health Information Exchange tools supporting Meaningful Use Stage 1 and 2.• Select and implement Provider-to-Provider and Provider-to-Patient Direct Messaging.• Responsible for ambulatory data integration resulting in over 2.5M transactions per year.• Manage all aspects of diverse team of interface developers and analysts.

• Create deployment plan for HL7 interfaces across 60 hospital, 4000+ physician network • Design, build, support clinical/financial interfaces to EMR applications using Medicity technology • Manage 100+ interface projects concurrently• Work with Hospital Administrators and their Medical Staff to understand the value of hospital integration • Support Meaningful Use Stage 1 objectives through interoperability and physician engagement

• Provide operational support by designing standardized financial and volume based reporting• Facilitate physician recruitment/retention planning and Medical Staff Development plans• Ad-hoc reporting as necessary for executive leadership teams
