Working in robust MRI image reconstruction and aquisition under the supervision of Dr. John Pauly.

MRI hardware design. Worked on high homogeneity magnetic field-cycling coil design methods for delta relaxation enhanced magnetic resonance (DREMR or "dreamer"). Formulated and solved optimization problems using finite element tools.

Teaching Assistant for Introductory Physics I (Physics 1301/1401), and Senior Physics Laboratory (Physics 3900G). Marked assignments, lab reports, and exams, ran tutorials, and supervised/set up labs.

Worked on fabrication of ultra-thin flash memory devices and made measurements of optoelectronic switching in memristor states.

Worked on the mathematical modelling of adaptive metabolic response to antiangiogenic treatment in renal cell carcinoma. Aided in writing two systems of 6 coupled nonlinear partial differential equations each and wrote original code for numerically solving these equations.My time on the project gave me experience in mathematical (PDE) modeling, numerically simulating solutions to PDEs, understanding unfamiliar fields and applying mathematical modeling skills to them, and carrying a model beyond simple solutions to make broader, more profound predictions.

Worked on comparison of MRI radio frequency induced heating measurements and simulations. Improved and added to existing code library for gradient coil design in MRI, allowing for a much faster manufacturing process.
