• Conduct contract analysis and evaluation for legal department, generate addendums and red line agreements for Client consideration.• Liaise with the United States legal team and escalate any contract issues to the appropriate legal resource. Discuss new legal matters and policies/procedures with Stakeholders• Manage Client compliance site requirements via ISNetworld, Avetta, CanQual, ComplyWorks, AECON, Achilles and Contractor Check. Escalate any non-compliance or new requirements to the appropriate senior management or sales leaders.• Coordinate and maintain Master Agreements, insurance, WCB, ACN reports and Rider documents with new and existing Subcontractors through our Subcontractor Management Plan.• Process liens, miscellaneous agreements including NDA’s and vendor agreements, Prequalifications, shop drawings, as builts, change orders and WCB forms. • Obtain insurance certificates and bonds as required by liaising with Willis Canada.• Obtain signatures, track, mail, and file all Canadian contracts, vendor agreements and other necessary documents. Maintain all contracts in internal database.• Review and track litigation.• Responsible for administration and communication of the Records Retention policy for all Canadian offices.• Monitor job costs, identify anomalies and provide managers with accurate feedback to enable effective and timely decisions.• Update internal presentations for legal training, booking process and Subcontractor management for orientation of new Managers and Sales Colleagues.• Assist Canadian Sales Team and Project Managers with prebids, turnovers, project delivery and administration files throughout the project life cycle• Maintain Business Licenses and renewals for all Canadian locations.• Work closely with Project Leads, Project Managers and Operations Manager for Security, HVAC and Fire/Life Safety to create work plans for Clients, Technicians and Specialists.
