Matt McIntosh began writing software at the age of 12 and has been developing software professionally for over 25 years. From the outset, his ability to absorb programming languages, data architecture and business concepts caught the attention of various corporations. In the 1990's Matt was privately recruited to author "Video Rental Revenue Extraction Software" for a company named SuperComm. The success and design of his software led Matt to patent his work in 1993. The patent led to an acquisition of SuperComm by The Walt Disney Company and subsequently, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Columbia Tri-Star. His executive statistical analysis tools, methods and other software continue to serve the movie industry to this day.Having owned, purchased and sold several businesses over the years, Matt effectively extends his software development knowledge with a keen sense of business. He has conducted audits for companies such as Alexander & Associates and Ernst & Young. He has helped design and author an expansion of the software used by the court systems of the State of Hawaii. He has conducted security, data and e-commerce enhancements for countless clients.Matt's knowledge of business, statistics and programming is a natural fit for the role of Scrum Master. Using these tools of experience in create a sense of ownership off all team member, allowing him to motivate of encourage developers and teams in an agile environment to produce software and maintain some of the highest standards.
