In previous site level roles I managed venues and teams of varying sizes and volumes, some of which turning over 7 figures. Sometimes looking after ~20 person teams as well as all the needs those staff could have in relation to their place of work as well as the hiring of new. Managing the finances and purchases of the business to ensure margins were made and sales targets were hit, as well as promoting and working in the site from the front line.Main focus as part of current role is in the products, purchasing and sales for the company across all 9 venues that come under it. Look after product acquisition for the company as well as the menu content of each site, making sure each different concept uses and sells the correct products in the best way to match their particular needs and maximise sales, using sales data and analysis to make sure dead stock is minimized. Follow industry trends to set prices and keep the business both profitable and competitive in its area.Look after stocks for all sites, ensuring loss is managed properly and venues run as efficiently as possible, personally have overseen an improvement of 3% across the company in loss reduction and Gross profit through my work in this particular area and my analysis using software extracted data. Oversee spending to make sure site managers are using their money properly and cash is not tied up in a venue, allowing proper cash flow through the business for continued growth.
