Matt Meadows is an Account Manager for Mid-America Catastrophe Services. He has experience handling daily, commercial, and catastrophe claims. His experience includes catastrophe claim operations for Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Florence, Michael, and Dorian.Matt co-manages several client accounts. He works with our field adjusters and clients daily to ensure quality control, production, cycle times, and service level objectives are maintained to the highest standards. In addition, Matt has responsibility for lending field assistance to our adjusters.Matt hold the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Alabama – Tuscaloosa. He was a National Honor Society member from 2012-2013 at the University of South Alabama. Matt is the Founding Father of Zeta Eta Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity at the University. Served as Treasurer of the chapter from 2015-2016.
