I was responsible for:+ Writing the guidance for Long Term Investment Planning for investment intensive agencies.+ Promoting development of asset performance indicators and measures with agencies for major property, plant and equipment assets on the Crown's balance sheet. These will support capital-intensive agency annual reporting requirements, form a critical element of the Government Investment Statement and contribute as an important performance lag indicator in the Government Investor Confidence Rating.+ Promote development of common metadata standards for buildings to be utilized in infrastructure management systems across central and local government. Common standards will allow efficiencies in treatment, maintenance, systems and reporting.
