Senior Database Developer
➤ Delivering mission-critical technology and business solutions, with a primary focus on designing ETL jobs using Microsoft SSIS to load, transform, and manage, as well as managing SFTP and EMPI systems.➤ Serving as a key player on a complex project to upgrade the MFT system and migrate it to a new data center, with a go-live date of 12/2020, while identifying, resolving, and escalating issues which may negatively impact delivery.➤ Participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, documentation, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of developed applications.➤ Ensuring the sustainability and success of the R&D pipeline, as well as contributing to the development and application of smart systems and optimal approaches to support the collection of data.➤ Successfully taking source data and developing a repeatable process for import into a data lake and data mart, while focusing on quality assurance measures which identify, track, resolve, and report data quality/.➤ Effectively serving as Systems Administrator for the Enterprise Master Patient Index, creating SSIS integrations from Datawarehouse via SSIS & C# to use EMPI for Patient Matching and Identity of Single Best Records.➤ Serving as System Administrator for the Managed File Transfer System, creating Automation tasks to send files to and from trading partners, including Primarily Health plans such as Blue Shield, HealthNet, PacifiCare and 10+ others.➤ Actively participating in and leading continuous improvement activities, including defining and implementing the changes required to create an industry-leading electronic data capture capability.➤ Developing strong, productive working relationships with key stakeholders, while thinking strategically across a broad portfolio and effectively expressing views to senior management.
