Information Technology Coordinator
Current- Conduct orientations and trainings for new and existing employees over topics such as IT overview, cyber security, phishing and application specific training.- Renegotiated enterprise cell phone plan with Verizon and AT&T, resulting in more quality from the plan as well as a 20% decrease in payment.-Manage and maintain cloud environments such as Azure, Google and Active Directory; as well as SSO deployment and managing Cloud Defender alerts and detections.-Manage and maintain cyber security software(s) Crowdstrike and Computrace; as well as investigate and handle any alerts and/or suspicious activities.-Manage and administrate Mimecast email services; investigate suspicious emails as well as conduct phishing campaigns to strengthen user awareness.
