-Coach MTB athletes 1-on-1 from beginner up to the top of the World Cup using a data-led approach (power meters, heart rate monitors, brake sensors, etc.)-Consult with companies such as SRAM, TrainingPeaks, Sensitivus, Hope & more to make the most of their data. -Co-host over 100 episodes of the Performance Advantage Podcast and co-develop three separate e-learning science courses on TrainingPeaks University with Dr Will O'Connor.

-Invented, researched & published on bicycle braking patterns, physiological factors, vibration exposure & pacing strategies-Designed and led experiments to validate novel sensors-Created and validated novel feedback metrics -Engaged in commercialization activities such as patent writing and pitching to external investment committees-Earned funding to prototype and patent the world's first brake power meter-Developed and coordinated delivery of courses such as Applied Sport Science, Muscle Mechanics (PG), & Sport Nutrition, for both distance and on-campus learning, and undergraduate and graduate students-Mentored students & hosted international research interns

Formed and managed the Giant Mid-Atlantic Off-Road Team, a semi-pro MTB race team. Developed relationships with some of the biggest brands in the industry and promoted them at events in the USA.

-Led experiments related to exercise pre-cooling and nutritional supplementation in the Human Performance Lab

-Managed and maintained the Human Performance Laboratory as part of a Graduate Assistant Scholarship -Created a system to ensure equipment was maintained and that sign-outs arrived back on time

Third generation family bike shop (I am technically the third generation!) - started building and selling bikes at 10 years old. Developed strong mechanical and communication skills. High level of knowledge and experience in the cycling industry.
