- Manages daily service alerts to ensure timely deliveries- Analyzes and assess risk to daily service using SEM tools to determine disposition of route truck and execution- Advises field managers of Route Sales Representative’s operational gaps to assist in coaching behavior to improve timely and accurate service- Monitor and report out trends and observations of Route Sales Representative service performance to Division Operations Manager, Zone Manager, and Area Manager

• Maintains customer relations and communicates with carriers to offer Trinity’s services and tools available to them • Manages and coordinates shipments daily, tracks and traces all shipments.• Negotiates, confirms and coordinates scheduled shipments with customers and carriers• Pro-actively identifies problems and swiftly implements the appropriate solution
